everything was made slowly, by hand and we want you to love everything you received.

if something arrives damaged or isn't right, we'll fix it. please email hello@cosmicprovisions.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. return shipping is on you, but we'll refund the full product cost once it's back.

opened or used incense and botanicals can't be returned. if you're unsure which scent is right for you, just ask — we're happy to help you choose before you order.
