how to use

begin with the piece that calls to you. sage for clearing. palo santo for a warm refresh.

palo santo: before burning, remove the dried botanicals and keep them as a tiny bouquet for your altar, bedside, or desk. light the wood, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame.

sage: light the tip and let it catch. blow out the flame once the smoke is steady.

guide the smoke around yourself or any area needing a cleanse or refresh. when you're done, gently press it out against a fire safe surface. light again when you need a reset.

ritual details

the palo santo spent at least three years on the forest floor in Peru before it reached you. as the wood rests, the resin slowly crystallizes, forming the amber veins. the deeper the veins, the richer the burn. this cannot be hurried.

the white sage is hand harvested in Southern California from growers who practice regenerative farming. the same plant, tended the same way, season after season.
